Alan is currently the founder & CEO of TenX-Innovation, an innovation consulting firm, with an objective to help Big Co’s, Investors and Start ups with their growth goals. Leveraging his 31+ years experience at P&G, Alan’s skills and framework helps his clients de-risk the innovation process, putting the odds of success in their favor. As the Managing Director, P&G Ventures, the Entrepreneurial arm of the P&G, Alan lead all external partnerships, leveraging both his technical and business experience, focusing on Entrepreneurs and Start-ups. He is a passionate innovator with a relentless desire to deliver game changing products and experiences. Alan has over 30 years of experience with Disruption, Open Innovation, Design and Consumer Products Innovation marrying the best of a Big Co. with the best of the Start-ups.
Dr. Goldstein has a sustainable track record of delivering new to the world innovations across P&G businesses, as well as outside of the corporate environment. He has played a significant role building businesses including Swiffer, Febreze, and Mr. Clean Magic Eraser. Alan was also instrumental in the early development of the PŪR purifying packets. This technology has been the cornerstone of the Children’s Safe Drinking Water Program, which has worked with its partners in over 65 countries to help transform dirty, contaminated water to more than 7 billion liters of clean, drinkable water. He holds over 30 granted patents and has been quoted in and/or had innovations featured in major global publications/newspaper such as The New York Time, The Wall Street Journal, The Financial Times, Nikki, Time Magazine and Fortune. IN addition to the CPG work at P&G, Alan has also been deeply involved in several FinTech ventures as well.
Goldstein received his Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from SUNY of Plattsburg in New York, his PhD in Physical Inorganic Chemistry from University of Florida and an Executive MBA with a focus in Entrepreneurship from Xavier University in Ohio.

Karl is a globally successful entrepreneur and active advisor to CEOs and top management at Fortune 500 companies. He has founded multiple startups and helps Fortune 500 companies create their own billion-dollar growth engines.
During his 30-year tenure in management at consumer powerhouse Procter & Gamble, Karl rose to the post of Vice President of R&D and General Manager of New Business/Healthcare; in that position, he oversaw global R&D for pharmaceuticals and over-the-counter health care and was responsible for developing the company’s capability to create disruptive innovations. Karl created entirely new brands that are globally revered, including Swiffer, Febreze, and Mr. Clean Magic Eraser. As a result of his strategic insights and understanding of consumer behavior, the new categories rapidly grew to $1 billion in annual sales.

Bradley Horowitz is a Vice President and Advisor to Google, where over the past decade he has led the development of many of Google’s consumer products including Google Photos, Google News, Gmail, Google Drive and Docs, Google Voice, and Calendar. He has also led Google for Startups (an effort to foster opportunity for entrepreneurs worldwide) and co-founded Area 120 (Google’s internal incubator.) Before joining Google in February 2008, Horowitz was Yahoo's Vice President of Advanced Development where he drove the acquisitions of Flickr and MyBlogLog, launched the Brickhouse incubator, and developed new products like Yahoo! Pipes. Additionally, he was responsible for the company's initiative to open up its platform which included launching Hack Days, and overseeing the Yahoo Developer Network (YDN). Previously, he was co-founder and CTO of Virage, where he oversaw the technical direction of the company from its founding through its IPO and eventual acquisition by Autonomy. Horowitz was a Ph.D. candidate at the MIT Media Lab, where he worked on several topics related to computer vision, graphics and image processing. Horowitz holds more than a dozen patents in these fields. Horowitz sits on the Visiting Committee of the MIT Media Lab, the boards of Singapore Telecom, Issuu, Lyst, the Effortless Mastery Institute, and Curious Learning. Horowitz holds an MS in Media Science from MIT and a BS in Computer Science from the University of Michigan and is presently a Cornell Fellow. He and his wife Irene Au are avid angel investors, advisors, and supporters of the tech startup community.
